Pricing

Priced like we own it, because we do

No per-seat charges, no charge for webhooks, and no charge for keeping the records of your own mail. The pipe is ours, so the margin does not have to cover somebody else's.

Read from their published pricing pages in August 2026. Resend’s figures are their Pro and Scale tiers; Postmark’s are the Basic tier plus per-thousand overage.

Launch pricing, and honest about the stage: Posthaste is in private testing while we build sending reputation on a new IP. If we cannot deliver your mail you should not be paying for it, so the free tier stays free and paid plans start when we have proved it.

Questions about billing

What counts as an email?
One accepted message to one recipient. A message we refuse — an unverified domain, a suppressed address — is not billed, because we never attempted it.
What happens if I go over?
Sending pauses rather than silently costing you money, and the API returns 429 with the limit and how much of it you have used. You can raise your plan at any point in the month and resume immediately.
Why is there a daily cap as well as a monthly one?
The daily cap is a deliverability control, not a billing one. New sending reputation is built by ramping volume gradually, so accounts start at 200 a day and climb as their sending stays clean. It is described in full in the docs.
Do you charge for marketing email?
We do not accept marketing email at any price. Bulk campaigns carry a different complaint profile, and on shared sending infrastructure one bad list damages delivery for every other customer.
Can I get an invoice or pay annually?
Yes to both once we are out of private testing. Get in touch and we will sort it directly in the meantime.
