$9 against $19 for Starter, because it does less: every message it can send is a verification it was sold to send, so it cannot be used as a cheap sending plan. If you also mail your customers for anything else, a sending plan is the one you want — they all include verifications too.

Launch pricing. The free tier needs no card, so you can put real mail through it and read the delivery record for yourself before deciding whether any of this is worth paying for. If we cannot deliver your mail, you should not be paying us.

Cancel from the dashboard whenever you like; you keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for — the month on a monthly plan, the year on an annual one. What is refundable, what is not, and how long you have to ask are set out in the refunds and cancellation policy, which is worth reading before paying for a year rather than after.

Questions about billing

What counts as an email?
One accepted message to one recipient. Every recipient is one email: a message sent to one To address, two Cc addresses and one Bcc address counts as four. To, Cc and Bcc are counted identically, on the HTTP API and over SMTP — each one is a separate delivery to a separate mail server. A message we refuse — an unverified domain, a suppressed address — is not billed, because we never attempted it.
What happens if I go over?
Sending pauses rather than silently costing you money, and the API returns 429 with the limit and how much of it you have used. You can raise your plan at any point in the month and resume immediately.
Why is there a daily cap as well as a monthly one?
The daily cap is a deliverability control, not a billing one. New sending reputation is built by ramping volume gradually, so accounts start at 50 a day and climb as their sending stays clean. It is the same ladder on every plan, including the paid ones and including a year paid up front — capacity is earned from sending history, not bought. It is described in full in the docs.
Do you charge for marketing email?
We do not accept marketing email at any price. Bulk campaigns carry a different complaint profile, and on shared sending infrastructure one bad list damages delivery for every other customer.
Do announcements to my users cost extra?
No. A broadcast — an outage notice, a terms change, release notes, sent to your own users — is one message per recipient, and each one counts against the same monthly allowance and daily cap as any other send. What the plan sets is how many contacts and lists you can keep: Free holds 500 contacts on 2 lists, and the full grid is in the table above.
Can I get an invoice or pay annually?
Both, and neither needs a conversation. Use the monthly/annual toggle at the top of this page: a year costs 10 months' price rather than twelve, so 2 months are free — a 16.7% saving — and it is charged once and renews yearly. Every charge produces an invoice on either interval, downloadable from the billing page. If you need a purchase order, a specific invoice format or terms other than card-on-file, that part is still a conversation — ask us.
Which currency will I actually be charged in?
Rupees, wherever you are. Prices are listed in dollars so everyone sees the same number, and the charge is a fixed rupee amount — ₹1,699, ₹4,299, ₹12,999 or ₹799 a month, or ₹16,990, ₹42,990, ₹1,29,990 or ₹7,990 for a year. It is a chosen price, not a conversion, so it does not move with the exchange rate. If your card is not Indian, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a small fee. You see the exact rupee amount before you confirm.
Can I pay with a card issued outside India?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard and American Express all work, along with UPI, Google Pay and Indian netbanking if you are in India.
